Even after a long day you can’t beat following an athletic pair of legs off the train home. I imagine these legs have done their fair share of running/ sprinting/ burpees and I can say with some certainty, whoever you are, it was totes worth it. Athletic legs also don’t need to be skinny, in fact, skinny is often of negative impact to athletic legs. I have some way to go to achieve similar athletic legs. Let the plyometrics begin. (where is Mel Gregory when you need her).
